This is an online article on Encyclopaedia Britannica, it was published and edited on November 2018 and is found in Wikipedia website (the free Encyclopaedia). it was designed to inform the professional publisher around the web about the history of encyclopaedia Britannica.
The text is divided into 3 sections under headings and subheadings.
Encyclopaedia Britannica the world’s most popular set of reference books,244-year history of the iconic printed edition with 32 volume collection.
The company was founded in Edinburgh, Scotland, in the 18th century. Colin Macfarquhar and Andrew Bell, formed a partnership to create a new book that would embody the new spirit of scholarship. William Smellie was engaged to edit the original three-volume work, published one volume at a time beginning in 1768.
In 1920, the publication right was sold to Sears Roebuck, which held it until 1943, after that ownership goes to William Benton.
The 12th edition was published in 1921-1922, and the 13th edition was published in 1926, the 14th edition was published in 1929.
Starting in 1936 after the company headquarters were moved to Chicago, the encyclopaedia was published each year. In 1938, the first edition of the Britannica Book of the Year appeared.
William Benton published the Britannica from 1943 until his death in 1973. The Benton Foundation continued to manage the Britannica until it was sold to Jacqui Safra in 1996.

                          Inflammatory Bowel Diseases  



The journal article is designed for clinicians and researchers working in IBD (inflammatory bowel diseases) and related fields. The purpose is to support the mission of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation by bringing the most impactful and cutting edge clinical topics and researchfindings related to IBD. The article is divided into three main sections.

In first section, the article is mentioned that the basic science reviews that add to the body of knowledge of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are interesting and notified that the report mechanistic studies leading to advancements to understand the pathogenesis of chronic intestinal inflammation.

In second section, the editor asked to search for more evidences which might be helped with the role of diet and the microbiome in intestinal inflammation, the role of cytokines and adhesion molecules in experimental and human IBD and the discovery of new targets and biomarkers for the treatment and diagnosis of both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

In the final section the editor was welcome of experimental studies using relevant mouse models of chronic colitis and the evidences should be prepared in compliance with the journal's Instructions for Authors and submitted through the Editorial Manger submission portal.
